Alan is a visionary and convinced of the link between sustainable development and economic performance. As a manager, he therefore implemented a sustainable development approach in 1993 while achieving remarkable results in terms of economic performance.
He was nominated for the prize for the best IPO (second market) in 2000 and three times for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award by Ernst & Young and l’Entreprise magazine between 1999 and 2001, after multiplying Sys-com’s turnover by 3.4 between 1998 and 2002.
Alan decided to leave Sys-com at the end of 2002 to create Goodwill-management, a consulting firm that uses the concept of intangible capital to demonstrate the link between sustainable development and economic performance. Since 2003, Goodwill-management has been pursuing its mission: to support companies in creating wealth differently and to help them measure this value differently. It has carried out studies of the same nature as the one requested by Coallia for ERDF, Gdf-Suez, Axa, l’Oréal, Vinci, Orange, SNCF, ONCF…
